Part of the leading global chemical company, BASF’s Automotive Refinish division supports collision repair, commercial fleet, and automotive specialty markets with coating products, services, and support. Each year, many of its customers attend the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show where BASF’s booth features custom cars and automotive celebrities.
BASF wanted a stunning visual statement for its massive LED display and looked to Brophy for the prowess to achieve this intention. Brophy created a thematic, computer-generated video for the BASF brand and each of the company’s paint brands, deploying several types of particle effects to give the video a distinctive way to attract foot traffic. In addition to positive feedback at SEMA, the videos are used in sales presentations and as an opening for other videos.
