Guardian Industries

Guardian Industries is a leading manufacturing company focused on creating value for customers and society. Guardian’s 18,000 team members improve quality of life around the world.

Brophy worked with the Guardian communications team to develop and deploy a comprehensive brand strategy. We sat down with employees at all levels of the company. We also conducted a global employee survey to better understand Guardian's unique attributes, areas of excitement within the company, what people thought of Guardian as an employer, and opinions about the overall direction of the company.

From this research, Brophy developed the Guardian brand platform — One World. Made Better.™ This phrase served as the rallying cry for the company and guided the rest of key messaging for Guardian Industries stakeholder groups.

Brand Anthem

To thoroughly tell the Guardian Industries story, we traveled to 6 Guardian facilities in 4 countries. We captured dozens of employee interviews and beautiful photography reflecting Guardian’s products. Brophy produced a brand anthem showing how Guardian products and people make the world a better place.

Brand Guidelines

Brophy worked with Guardian corporate communications to generate campaign graphics for One World. Made Better. and brand guidelines for Guardian Industries.
