Brophy worked with Parfums Christian Dior to develop computer-generated launch videos for their latest cosmetic collections. Designed for department store makeup counters and Dior’s retail locations, launch videos were traditionally achieved using stop motion.
Brophy combined manufacturer-supplied CAD data with original modeling and texture work. Working with Dior’s in-house creative team to craft the stories, we sketched storyboards and animated the products around the season’s product themes. Breathtaking magic ensued, and Dior fans agreed. Not only were the videos popular at retail, but also received significant social media traction.
